A number of Dirt Late Model teams revealed their World 100 wraps this past weekend for the Baltes Classic at Eldora Speedway including Ricky Thornton Jr., Brandon Overton, and Jason Riggs.
Before Thornton, Overton, and Riggs revealed their wraps, Trey Mills debuted his when he was forced to bring it out of the hauler after wrecking at Southern Iowa Speedway at the end of last month. Mills and his team described it as his “favorite yet.”
Ahead of the Baltes Classic on Sunday night, Thornton shared his new Ice wrap. He and his team posted to Facebook, “Fire for the summer, ice for the fall

Overton shared his new Budweiser wrap, “For decades, Bernie Little’s legendary Miss Budweiser was synonymous with speed, winning and Thunder on the Ohio…winning that event a total of 15 times. This week, we’re bringing a little of that history to dirt.”
“The Riggs Motorsports 76 will roll into Eldora Speedway for the 56th World 100 wearing a special Miss Budweiser-inspired scheme…a tribute to Mr. Bernie Little and one of the most dominant and recognizable machines in American motorsports history,” the team added. “Different surface. Different kind of race. But the same exact pursuit of excellent all the while representing Budweiser and continuing our Salute to Bud tour this season. From Thunder on the Ohio to Thunder in Ohio. Time to let the 76 eat.

Jason Riggs also revealed his Jeff Gordon-inspired wrap ahead of the Baltes Classic. However, instead of the traditional rainbow colors Gordon competed under, Riggs and the team put a little spin on it by blacking it out. He wrote, “Jeff Gordon DuPont Blackout Design 
Eldora Speedway 
Tim McCreadie revealed a tribute to his dad “Barefoot” Bob McCreadie. He wrote, “This one is for you dad! The throw back Kinney Drugs Car.”
Bruce Kane Racing shared Lane Snook’s wrap simply sharing it with a globe emoji.
Justin Haley and the Spire Motorsports Ascent Program shared their Freeway Insurance No. 77 wrap ahead of the Baltes Classic after a test session last week. When Haley announced he would be competing for Spire at the World 100 he described it as “a dream come true!”
The World 100 kicks off Thursday, September 10th with $12,000 to-win Twins 25s. The entire field will be split into Group A and B via random draw. After qualifying, there will be six 12-lap heat races or shootouts with the top six being inverted. The top 8 cars from each heat race will advance to their respective feature. There will be two provisionals for the two fastest qualifiers who do not advance to the feature from the heat races. This format will be repeated on Friday, September 11th.
On Saturday for the World 100, there will be six 15-lap heat races. The starting positions will be determined by the track’s Every Lap Matters point standings and then will be inverted based on the top point man’s spin of the Wheel of Misfortune. The top three finishers from each heat race will advance to the World 100 feature. Cars finishing 4th through 11th will go to one of two 15-lap B-Features. The top cars from the B-Features will advance to the World 100. The two highest point earnings who do not advance to the World 100 feature through their heat will receive provisionals and start 19th and 20th in the World 100.
The World 100 will pay $100,000 to win and $5,600 to start. Additionally, B-Main start money has been increased to $1,000 with the first non-transfers earning $3,000. Eldora Speedway GM Levi Jones explained the increases, “Because of the incredible loyalty of our fans and the unwavering commitment of Tony Stewart, we’re proud to announce that competitors at Eldora Speedway will race for even more money in 2026 — while ticket prices remain the same. More reward for the teams. The same value for our fans. Get ready for incredible action, unforgettable moments, and the kind of entertainment you can only find at Eldora Speedway.”
There are currently 86 cars registered to compete this year.
