Briggs Danner Splits With The Hogue Racing Enterprises 39 Team

October 30, 2026  ·

Briggs Danner announced that after four years he and the Hogue Racing Enterprises 39 Team have parted ways.

Danner made the announcement in a post to social media. He wrote, “Briggs and the Hogue Racing Enterprises 39 Team have mutually decided to part ways. This was a difficult decision for everyone involved, as they have shared an incredible ride together over the past four years.”

“All of us at Danner Racing are deeply grateful for everything the Hogue family and the entire team have done—not just for Briggs, but for our whole family. We feel truly blessed for the time shared, the unforgettable memories made on and off the track, and the lifelong friendships formed along the way,” the statement continued. “Fran, Tammy, Tim, Heather, Mak, Tyler, Jeff, Lindsey, Brayden, Hazel, Travis, and Erica will always be a part of our extended racing family. We wish the entire Hogue Family and team nothing but the absolute best moving forward.”

Danner and the Hogue Racing Enterprises 39 Team finished sixth in the USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship points standings behind champion Kyle Cummins, Justin Grant, Mitchel Moles, Jake Swanson, and Kevin Thomas Jr. He was 679 points behind Cummins.

He had the fourth most wins of the season with five. He also compiled 18 Top 5s, 31 Top 10s, was the LearnLab Fast Qualifier six times, and had 11 heat race wins. His wins came at Lawrenceburg Speedway, Circle City Raceway, Bridgeport Motorsports Park, Action Track USA, and Eldora Speedway.

Danner and Hogue Racing Enterprises teamed up at the beginning of the 2023 season and won the 2023 USAC Rapid Tire East Coast Championship. The team had two wins at Bedford Speedway and Delaware International Speedway, 12 Top 5s, and 13 Top 10s. The team was also competitive in National competition that year recording 3 Top 5s and 9 Top 10s including a second place at Bloomington and a fifth at Eldora.

In 2024, Danner not only got his first National win, but he pulled into Victory Lane three times throughout the year. He won at Grandview Speedway to become the first Pennsylvanian to win a USAC race since 1999. His other two wins came at Bloomington Speedway and Lawrenceburg Speedway.

The team made the leap to full-time National competition in 2025. Danner won four times during the campaign. He had two wins at Kokomo Speedway and got wins at Tri-City Speedway in Illinois and Eldora. He also had 17 Top 5s and 29 Top 10s. The team finished sixth in the points standings.

It is unclear what the future holds for Danner or the Hogue Racing Enterprises team. Danner is a top prospect finishing sixth in the points standings in back-to-back years and racking up the wins. While he’s primarily plied his trade in Non-Wing action, he is a multi-discipline racer. He made a number of attempts in a Dirt Super Late Model this year. In Appalachian Mountain Speedweek competition at Lincoln Speedway he started seventh and brought it home sixth. Unfortunately, he failed to qualify for the World of Outlaws race at Selinsgrove and the United Late Model Series race at Path Valley.

Additionally, Danner made a handful of starts in a Winged Sprint Car. He made three starts in the Midwest Thunder 410 Sprint Car Series at Red Hill Raceway and Tri-State Speedway in Indiana. He finished 9th and 2nd and Red Hill and 16th at Tri-State. He also had a lone start at Lincoln Speedway. He finished 12th.
