Kyle Bronson had a good running going for him during night 1 of the Peach State Classic at Senoia Raceway, unfortunately, it ended when he and Bobby Pierce collided in the middle of turns 3 and 4.
Bronson qualified 12th in Group A. That set him up for a 6th place starting spot in Heat 2. He was able to improve one spot and finish fifth, but was the first car on the outside looking in and he would go to a B-Main. In the B, he started in second, but brought it home in first. He would start the race in 17th and had eventually worked his way all the way up to 8th place when he collided with Pierce.
With 6 laps left in the race, Pierce was in a heated battle with Hudson O’Neal for the 6th place. O’Neal was able to cross him over coming out of turn 2 and heading down the back stretch. He then slid him through 3 and 4. As O’Neal went for the slider, Pierce attempted to cross him over and diamond the corner. However, Kyle Bronson ran a slider line behind him and the two collided in the middle of the track and both of them went for a spin.

Bronson reacted to the wreck posting on X, “Pretty good race up to about 6 to go, running 8th,moving forward, head of steam heading into 3, car came down from the top into the line we were running , contact and caution, racing deal…”
He added, “To the tail, back to salvage a 15th. We’ll try it again tomorrow night.”
