The contract extension comes after Wallace missed out on the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs this year after he made the playoffs for the first time in 2023.
He finished 10th in the points standings in 2023 after being eliminated alongside Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch, and Ross Chastain after the race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Since Wallace joined 23XI Racing in 2021, he’s won two races, scored 18 Top 5s, 33 Top 10s, and 3 poles. In his inaugural year with the team he had an average finish of 19.7 and finished 21st in points.
In 2022, his average finish was 18.4 and he finished 19th in points. As noted above, he finished 10th in points and had an average finish of 15.9 in 2023.
In 2024, he has an average finish of 16.3 and currently sits in 19th in points.
