The World of Outlaws Late Models series updated their logo last week and the Real American Beer sponsorship was nowhere to be seen.
World Racing Group CEO Brian Carter confirmed that Real American Beer is no longer the title sponsor and that the company is in negotiations with a couple of other companies to sponsor the series for the 2026 season.
He told DirtonDirt.com’s Kyle McFadden at the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) show in Indianapolis this past weekend, “We were excited about Real American Beer, but it just didn’t work out. We’re looking forward to what we have coming. We’ve run the series with sponsors and without sponsors. Of course, I’d much rather have a partner that’s helping us promote the sport. We’re going to have a partner in 2026, I just don’t know exactly who it will be. I’d like to have that announced before the end of the year, but it could slip into January. Either way, it’s going to be exciting prospects.”
To that point, Carter also shared, “We have a lot of things in the works. We have several people we’re talking to, a couple with very serious proposals, and some of them are in negotiations. I’m excited about that.”
As Carter mentioned the series has run without a title sponsor before and in fact the series has had title sponsor changes quite regularly over the last decade. From 2016 to 2021 the series was sponsored by Craftsman. In 2022, CASE Construction Equipment became the title sponsor. That lasted until 2024. This past year it was Real American Beer, who signed on as the title sponsor in April 2025.
Based on Carter’s comments it appears the series will get a new title sponsor for the full 2026 season with an announcement coming in the next couple of weeks or at the very least before Speed Weeks.
