Daulton Wilson and his Big Frog Motorsports and Viper Motorsports team will compete with the World of Outlaws Late Models in 2026.

Wilson and the team made the announcement in a post to Facebook, “Big Frog Motorsports and Daulton Wilson are proud to announce that Wilson will take the wheel of the Big Frog Motorsports / Viper No. 58V for the 2026 World of Outlaws Late Model Series season.”

As for why the team decided to go with the Outlaws, Wilson told Spence Smithback at WorldofOutlaws.com, “We just kind of looked at the schedule, starting out kind of down where I’m from. They’ve run the Outlaw deal before, and it would be something new for me to do. Just felt like it was a good thing, a good time for a change, and it just kind of fit our program a lot better.”

As for his goals for the season, Wilson shared, “Just win some races. Be competitive and, you know, let the points kind of be what they’ll be.”

Wilson teamed up with Big Frog Motorsports at the end of the 2025 season after a 4-year run with JRR Motorsports came to an end in October following the conclusion of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. Wilson finished 8th in points with 8 top 5s and 20 top 10s in 45 feature appearances.

With Big Frog, Wilson brought home a 6th and 10th place finish at Cherokee Speedway during the Blue-Gray 100. He followed that up with a 12th, 6th, and 7th at East Alabama Motor Speedway during the National 100 weekend. He finished the season with solid runs at the Dirt Track at Charlotte for the World Finals. He made the feature all three nights and finished 13th, 20th, and 12th.

Wilson joins a growing World of Outlaws Late Models roster that includes Trey Mills, Eli Johnson, Cody Overton, Ryan Gustin, Tristan Chamberlain, Dennis Erb Jr., Nick Hoffman, Tim McCreadie, Logan Zarin, Drake Troutman, Bobby Pierce, Jake Timm, Tyler Erb, and Dustin Sorensen.
