Beckham Malone will chase the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series and its Base Racing Fuel & Oil Rookie of the Year Award.
The Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series made the announcement in a press release shared to Facebook. The series stated, “Beckham Malone of Rock Hill, S.C., is set to take the next big step in his racing career with plans to follow the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series full time in 2026, chasing both the $50,000 series championship and the $5,000 Base Racing Fuel & Oil Rookie of the Year Award.”
The 14-year-old out of Rock Hill, South Carolina turned heads last year making two features in the World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte including the Saturday night feature. He finished 9th on Friday night and then 20th on Saturday night.
On top of his successful World Finals, Malone became the youngest driver to debut and qualify for a Hunt the Front Race when he made the Deep Fried 75 feature at Duck River Raceway Park last August. He went on to finish 14th. He would compete again with the series during the Blue-Gray 100. He made the feature both nights finishing 17th and 18th respectively.
The Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series kicks off its season with the South Georgia Showdown where it will compete at Needmore Speedway on January 30th and 31st and then at Swainsboro Raceway on February 2nd and 3rd. All four of the races will pay $10,000 to win.
After these four races, the series will go on a healthy hiatus before getting back into action March 22nd at the Talladega Short Track. It will then head to North Georgia Speedway on April 11th and 12th.
Other tracks on the series schedule include Whynot Motorsports Park, Elkins Raceway, Tyler County Speedway, West Virginia Motor Speedway, Magnolia Motor Speedway, Cochran Motor Speedway, Senoia Raceway, Lavonia Speedway, Cherokee Speedway, Duck River Raceway Park, Sugar Creek Raceway, Smoky Mountain Speedway, a return to Swainsboro, and finally I-75 Raceway to conclude the season at the beginning of October.
