The Dennis Erb Racing team competed at 141 Speedway in Maribel, Wisconsin on June 19-20, as the World of Outlaws Late Model Series presided over the ‘Maribel Late Model Showdown.’ On Friday night with a $12,000 payday up for grabs, Dennis Erb, Jr. earned Fast Time honors during the qualifying session, but the program was unfortunately washed out during the heat races. At 141 Speedway on Saturday evening in the $25,000 to win weekend finale, Dennis placed third in his loaded heat race and thirteenth in the 60-lap main event.

The World of Outlaws Late Model Series continues its swing through the upper Midwest with five events over the next nine days across the states of Minnesota and North Dakota. Dennis returns to action later this evening, June 22, in a $12,000 to win shootout at Ogilvie Raceway in Ogilvie, Minnesota. The Carpentersville, Illinois ace currently finds himself ninth in the latest version of the national tour point standings heading into the ‘Land of Lakes Classic.’

Following the stop at Ogilvie, the #28 team will invade I-94 EMR Speedway in Fergus Falls, Minnesota on Wednesday, June 24, River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, North Dakota on Friday, June 26, Nodak Speedway in Minot, North Dakota on Sunday, June 28, and Norman County Raceway in Ada, Minnesota on Tuesday, June 30. More information on each of these races can be accessed online by clicking on www.woolms.com or you can watch each event LIVE on DIRTVision.
