Tyler Erb and his team shared that he was the latest driver to suffer hauler problems ahead of the World of Outlaws Late Model Series trip to Stateline Speedway that takes place tonight.

Erb shared on Facebook, “The down toter bug bit our shop too.”

Fortunately, he was able to receive a replacement from new dad Kody Evans, “Huge thank you to Kody Evans Racing (go give him a Follow) for letting us use his rig while ours is down.”

“It’s moments like these that remind you what makes the racing community so special,” Erb added. “People are always willing to step up, lend a hand, and help each other keep going. We truly appreciate the support, Kody. Thank you!”

Erb was not the only Outlaw driver who had issues with a hauler ahead of the trip to Stateline Speedway in Busti, New York. Ryan Gustin and his Cooney Motorsports team put their hauler in the shop and were able to get a replacement from Ricky Kay.

Gustin and his team shared in a post to Facebook, “The guys have found a rig to pull the trailer to Stateline Speedway and Sharon Speedway this week!”

“A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to Ricky Kay for stepping up and making it happen. Your generosity and willingness to help means more than words can say. It’s people like you who make this racing community so special. 🏁❤️ We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who reached out, shared our post, and offered to help. The support from our racing family never goes unnoticed.”

He concluded, “Now it’s time to get down the road! See you all at the track!

During the Outlaws most recent trip up north, Tim McCreadie also suffered hauler problems. According to DirtonDirt.com’s Kevin Kovac, the rig had a “faulty diesel exhaust fluid filter.” While the truck was being repaired Turf Tamers Lawncare and Landscaping owner Mike Svaleson lent his dump truck to the team for the race at River Cities. He then allowed them to use his motorhome for the trip to Nodak. Svaleson is the husband of Deanne Svaleson, who is the sister of 10-time World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series champion Donny Schatz. Deanne is also the mother of twins Amelia and Laela Eisenschenk, who competed with the Outlaws in their trip up north.

Erb, Gustin, and McCreadie will be at Stateline Speedway tonight for the Rick Briggs Memorial Powered By Dave Warren Motorsports where they will run 40 laps with $15,000 on the line to win. They will be joined by DIRTcar UMP Modified and Pro Stocks as support divisions. It will be the series first race at the track since 2023, where Nick Hoffman secured his first ever World of Outlaws win. It will also be the site where Bobby Pierce will attempt to make history by setting a new record of 7 wins in a row for the series.

Then they will head to Sharon Speedway for the Battle at the Border on Friday and Saturday July 10-11. Friday night they will race for 40-laps to win $12,000 and then on Saturday they will run 60 laps for $20,000 to-win. The UMP Modifieds will join them as a support division.

The Outlaws were last at Sharon last year. Bobby Pierce won the opening night and Mike Marlar secured the win over Pierce on night two.
