With mother nature washing out the finale of June’s original date, the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series returns to action at the Historic Half-mile Thunderbird Speedway Friday July 31st and Saturday August 1st for the Forever 66 Hayden Ross Memorial. Joining the CCSDS contingent will be the stars of the Nutrien Ag Solutions Revival Super Dirt Series as well as the Sooner Late Model Series as both nights boast a $5,066 winner’s purse with $500 to start the feature event.

This unique event honors former Sooner Series Champion Hayden Ross who tragically passed away in 2022 and proceeds go toward the Hayden Ross Motorsports Foundation in promoting youth motorsports by building confidence, character, life skills, and promoting educational opportunities in motorsports. Former event winners include Billy Moyer Sr in 2023, Hudson O’Neal in 2024, Eli Ross in 2025, and Cade Dillard in June.

On the original June date, series point leader Cade Dillard would top a field of 48 entries for the $5,066 payday after setting quicktime in Group B, winning his heat race and leading all 20 laps of the main event. Completing the top five were Jon Mitchell, Aaron Marrant, Terry Phillips, and Tyler Wolff.

Entering the weekend, Dillard sits atop the standings after picking up his 6th feature win of the season in the finale of the Ed Rinehart Memorial at the Batesville Motor Speedway two weekends ago. Former series champion Timothy Culp sits 2nd, just 25 points ahead of fellow former champions Kyle Beard and Billy Moyer and Chandler Petty completes the top five. Morgan Bagley, Billy Moyer Jr, Scott Crigler, RC Whitwell, and Brandon Ball complete the top 10.

Weekend action gets underway as Thursday will see an open Test N Tune Session from 6:30-9:30 PM for all classes. Joining the tri-series showdown on the Friday night docket will be the A-Mods paying $1066 to win, B-Mods $766 to win, Factory Stocks $566 to win, and Pure Stocks $366 to win. With lap money on the line in all divisions. Saturday will see Factory and Pure Stock as the support divisions.

Pits Open nightly at 4PM, Grandstands at 5PM with Hot Laps at 5:30 for Late models only, qualifying directly after and Hot laps for support divisions and racing to follow. Thursday Pit Pass are $20 with Friday and Saturday Pit Passes $40, Grandstand Admission $20 with kids 6-12 yrs old $10 and 5 and under free for Friday and Saturday.

Tire Rule for the weekend is as follows. LF- Any Hoosier/American Racer RF/LR- Hoosier NLMT3 (90) or American Racer Pro-3 (88) RR- Hoosier NMLT (92) or American Racer Pro-3 (92).
