After discussions with Hartford Speedway officials, the July 31st NAPA Auto Parts All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Valvoline event has been canceled due to unfavorable forecasts this evening and into the night. This event will not be rescheduled.

The next event for the All Stars is Friday, August 7th, and Saturday, August 8th, at Stateline Speedway in Busti, NY. Friday’s portion of the weekend will pay $5,000 to win, and Saturday’s
