The announcement came after Macri led the first 10 laps in last night’s High Limit Racing feature at Eldora Speedway. Macri would run in second for much of the rest of the race, but with just 3 laps to go Macri got into the outside wall. His car then rode around the wall before the rear end flipped up. It caught the catch fence and threw the car on its side. It bounced off the track with the contact righting the car. Unfortunately, Parker Price Miller, who had nowhere to go collided with Macri. The impact nearly turned the car a full 360 degrees before it came to a stop.
Macri was escorted into an ambulance following the wreck and appeared to do so very gingerly.
