Brandon Sheppard Shares Upcoming Schedule For His Family-Owned B5 Team

Brandon Sheppard revealed a number of upcoming races he will be competing in with his family-owned B5 team including a double feature with the MARS Late Model Championship at LaSalle Speedway.

On Facebook, Sheppard shared that he will be missing out on the MARS Late Model Championship stop at Spoon River on May 25th, but he will take on the tour when it heads to LaSalle Speedway on May 30th and 31st.

He explained why he would not be at Spoon River, “We will be cheering on the kids at their first nationals race!”

After the MARS Late Model Championship, Sheppard revealed “we’ll be hitting up Summer Nationals on a pick-and-choose basis—so stay tuned for where we land next!”

Sheppard will be competing in the Rocket1 Racing house car this upcoming weekend with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series as it heads to Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri for three nights beginning on May 22nd and finishing on May 24th.

After that he will be competing in the FloRacing Night in America race at Eldora Speedway on June 4th. He will stay at Eldora and compete for the Dream in preliminary night racing on June 5th or 6th and then hopefully in the main event on June 7th.

After The Dream, he will head to Smoky Mountain Speedway with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series on June 13th and June 14th.

As far as which races he’ll attend for the DIRTcar Summer Nationals, it’s unclear, but the series’ 2025 Hell Tour has 31 races planned in just 34 days. The series kicks off in the Land of Lincoln at Brownstown on June 10th. It then heads to Kanakakee County Speedway, Peoria Speedway, Tri-City Speedway, Fairbury Speedway, and Sycamore Speedway from the 11th to the 15th.

In Week 2, the tour heads to Wilmot Raceway in Wisconsin. It then travels to Davenport Speedway in Iowa. It returns to Illinois at Quincy Raceways. It goes back to Iowa for a date at Lee County Speedway. It then has two dates at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Missouri before finishing the week at Lincoln Speedway in Illinois on June 22nd.

For Week 3, the tour will hit Springfield Raceway in Missouri, Macon Speedway in Illinois, Farmer City Raceway in Illinois, Highland Speedway in Illinois, and Clarksville Speedway in Tennessee.

Week 4 kicks off at Old No. 1 Speedway in Arkansas. It then travels to Benton Speedway in Missouri. It makes a stop at Spoon River and LaSalle just before the 4th of July. On July 4th, they will race at Red Hill Raceway. It then travels to Tri-State Speedway in Indiana before closing out the week at Duck River Raceway in Tennessee.

In the fifth week, the tour heads to Shadyhill Speedway and Montpelier Motor Speedway in Indiana. It then heads to Butler Motor Speedway and Crystal Motor Speedway in Michigan. It closes the week out at Oakshade Raceway and Wayne County Speedway in Ohio.
