Cade Dillard and Mikey Kile have teamed up to form the Cade Dillard Racing Factory Team with 16-year-old Talan Willis tapped as the driver.

In a press release on Facebook, Cade Dillard Racing shared that the newly formed Factory Team’s shared goal is “pushing [Cade Dillard Racing] chassis performance to the front of the sport, accelerating R&D efforts, and building some of the fastest racecars on the track.”

“Everyone at CDR admires Talan’s work ethic, talent, and most of all, his humbleness. I’m thankful for the partnership with Mikey that made this possible,” said Cade Dillard. “Hopefully this will help elevate Talan’s future in this sport. We strive to keep CDR Racecars moving forward and on top. Thanks to all the great drivers and supporters we have in our program, we plan to do just that.”

Kile added, “I couldn’t be more excited to start this team with Talan and CDR. When Cade called me and said let’s start a CDR factory team, before he could finish his sentence I told him I’m in! I’ve watched Talan over the past year grow as a driver and he definitely has what it takes to win races, and I feel like there isn’t anyone better to represent MKM and CDR.”

Kile is a veteran racer having competed in multiple divisions over the last couple of decades including the USAR Pro Cup Series, the NASCAR Truck Series, and the NASCAR Nationwide Series (now O’Reilly’s Auto Parts). Additionally, he owns LowCountry Motorsports which fielded Tristan McKee’s Pro Late Model in the CARS Tour this past year. Finally, he’s no stranger to dirt late models having competed in a Longhorn part-time. He won two races this year with CRUSA at Sabine Speedway and Baton Rouge Raceway.

The team plans to make its debut at the Wild West Shootout at Central Arizona Raceway in January. It does not appear that the team will compete on a national tour in 2026 as the press release shared that it “will compete in a flexible schedule that best aligns with their goals — including events with the American Racer Modified Series (ARMS), the Heartland Modified Tour, and select USMTS races. The program will remain independent of any single series, choosing races strategically to maximize development and results.”

Willis shared his excitement and gratitude about the opportunity, ““I’m super blessed and thankful for the opportunity that Cade and Mr. Mikey have given me! They have both made my dreams come true along with many others along the way! I’m pumped to get the season started and see what we can do!”

He competed in multiple divisions this past year and racked up 9 wins in 30 features. He had 14 top 5 and 21 top 10s. He had multiple wins at Sabine Speedway, Ark-La-Tex Speedway, and Boothill Speedway in a B-Mod. He also a got super late model win at Revolution Park.
