The start of the Steve Kincaid Memorial would not see a full lap completed as Joe Mayabb and Nicky Pennington would tangle on the frontchute. The second attempted start would be good, with Derek Fisher jumping to the race lead, with Shannon Thornsberry, Todd Brennan, Kirk Phillips, and Zach Hill in pursuit. However, the caution would appear again with two laps completed when Pennington and Richard Musick would tangle in turn one. The restart would see the top four remain the same, while Brandon Fouts would go to fifth. Brennan would pressure Thornsberry for second and would the second position on lap four, with Fouts working past Phillips for the fourth spot one circuit later. The caution would wave again with seven laps complete when Phillips and Blake Creech tangled in turn four. The restart would see the top five remain the same on the restart, with Fisher maintaining the lead, with Brennan staying within striking distance as Fisher started working slower traffic on lap sixteen. Fisher continued to hold the lead as the caution waved with twenty-one laps complete when Joe Mayabb slowed in turn four. The restart would see Thornsberry and Matt Melvin tangling on the restart to draw the caution again, with both drivers unable to continue. The next attempted restart would not see a lap completed as Nicky Pennington would spin in turn three. The restart would see the top four remain the same, with Justin Cooper taking fifth from Seth Daniels, but Daniels would see his night end as he would draw the final caution when slowed in turn three. The final restart would see Fisher again control the lead, with Fouts and Hill would work past Brennan to go to second and third, shuffling Brennan back to fourth, with Cooper in fifth. Fisher would not be challenged the remainder of the way and scored the victory, with Fouts, Hill, Brennan, and Cooper completing the top five. The remainder of the top ten finishers would be Brad Rickels, Garet McCloud, P.J. Simpson, Josh Curtis, and Aaron Hall.
