Ahead of this past weekend, NinetyFive Motorsports announced that Logan Rumsey would be the team’s new driver after splitting with Kody Hartlaub earlier in the week.

The team announced in a press release on June 6th, “NinetyFive Motorsports is proud to announce the signing of Logan Rumsey as the team’s new driver. The 19-year-old Central Pennsylvania driver brings talent and a passion for the sport that the team is excited about as a new chapter begins.”

Team owner Pat Brewer commented, “I’m thrilled for this new chapter. Logan is a talented and dedicated young driver who deserves this opportunity. He’s a great fit for what we’re building at NinteyFive Motorsports.”

Rumsey, who won the 2024-25 iRacing World of Outlaws Pro Series championship added, “I’m really excited for this opportunity with NinetyFive Motorsports. Pat has worked hard to put together something special, and I’m looking forward to hitting the ground running.”

The team aims to complete a full schedule to conclude the year and will compete together for the first time later this month on June 20th at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania. That race on June 20th is the Kramer Klash and serves as a tune-up for PA Speedweek.

Rumsey has performed well to start off this year. In 16 features, he has 1 win, 4 Top 5s, and 10 Top 10s. His lone win came against a very competitive field at Williams Grove Speedway on May 15th, where he beat the likes of Chase Dietz, Brock Zearfoss, Freddie Rahmer, Troy Wagaman Jr. Lance Dewease, and Danny Dietrich.

He also made some starts against the Outlaws and High Limit Racing when they came to challenge the PA Posse. He finished 6th at Lincoln Speedway against the Outlaws on May 5th. Unfortunately, he suffered two DNFs at Williams Grove on both the 8th and 9th. However, he did make the feature on Saturday. At Grandview Speedway against the High Rollers he finished 20th. Most recently he finished 15th at Williams Grove with the All Star Circuit of Champions.

The move to bring on Rumsey comes just days after the team split with Kody Hartlaub. A press release on June 4th shared, “Effective immediately, Kody Hartlaub and Pat Brewer/NinetyFive Motorsports have parted ways.” Hartlaub had 1 Top 5, and 3 Top 10s in 12 features to start 2026. His top 5 came at Williams Grove with a 5th on March 22nd. In competition with the Outlaws, he finished 27th with a DNF at Lincoln on May 5th. He finished 14th and 15th at Williams Grove on May 8th and 9th.
