Due to several inches of rain and heavy winds that affected Riverside International Speedway prior to the start of the King of the Ditch II, American Sprint Car Series and track officials have postponed the event.
The decision was made in the best interest of driver and fan safety, with multiple inches of rain on the grounds. Officials are working to find a reschedule date for the Series to return later in 2026.
The American Sprint Car Series will now turn its focus towards the Western Plains as Billings, MT’s Big Sky Speedway welcomes the Series for two nights of the Harvey Ostermiller Memorial on Friday-Saturday, Aug. 28-29.
