Kasey Jedrzejek announced that Bill Rose Racing released him from driving duties.
In a post to Facebook, Jedrzejek stated, “I want to share that I have officially been released from my driving duties with Bill Rose Racing. I’m grateful to Bill Rose for giving me the opportunity to compete with the team and for the experiences I gained along the way. I appreciate everyone who worked alongside me and supported me during this chapter of my racing career. I’m proud of the work we put in, the challenges we faced, and everything I learned from the experience.”
Jedrzejek then shared that he is actively seeking a new opportunity, “I’m actively looking for new opportunities and would welcome the chance to connect with any teams, car owners, or sponsors interested in working together.”
“I’m ready and motivated to get back behind the wheel, continue developing as a driver, and keep pursuing my goals in racing,” he concluded. “Thank you to my family, friends, sponsors, fans, and everyone who continues to support me. Your support means more than you know. I’m ready for the next opportunity and excited to see where this journey takes me.”
Bill Rose Racing affirmed that Jedrzejek had been released with their own announcement, “After careful consideration, Bill Rose Racing has made the decision to part ways with Kasey Jedrzejek as our driver, effective immediately.”
“We appreciate the time, effort, and commitment Kasey has given to Bill Rose Racing during his time with our team. We wish him nothing but the best in his future racing endeavors and hope to see continued success for him moving forward,” the team continued. “As with any race team, being part of Bill Rose Racing goes beyond what happens on the track. Our drivers represent our team, our sponsors, our partners, and everyone who works behind the scenes to make this program possible. Moving forward, we feel this is the right decision for the direction of our team and partners.”
The team did not share who will replace Jedrzejek, but said they will make that announcement when the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series rolls into River Cities Speedway on Friday, August 28th.

Jedrzejek was 13th in the World of Outlaws points, 1544 behind current leader David Gravel. In the Rookie of the Year battle, he was in second behind Emerson Axsom, 564 points behind. However, Bill Rose Racing benched him in the middle of July announcing, “Our primary driver, Kasey Jedrzejek, will be taking some time to focus on healing and recovery following his recent accident(s). Kasey’s health and well-being are our top priority, and we want to ensure he returns when he’s fully healthy and ready to compete at 100%.”
The team added, “Following the weekend our team will regroup and evaluate our plans moving forward. We appreciate everyone’s continued support of Kasey and Bill Rose Racing, and we look forward to seeing Kasey back in the car when he has fully recovered.”
That announcement came after Jedrzejek was involved in a wreck with Darin Naida at Hartford Speedway.
He previously was injured in a wreck involving Chris Martin at Huset’s Speedway during the High Bank Nationals just over halfway in the 40-lap feature. Jedrzejek shared in a post to Facebook that he broke his arm.
“After having a lot pain in my arm by the end of the weekend I decided to get it checked out Monday morning. Unfortunately the X-rays came back and it was fractured.”
Jedrzejek was out of the car for nearly a month and did not return until the the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series stopped at I-55 Federated Auto Parts Raceway Park. He missed 11 races.
In Team points, Bill Rose Racing is 13th, 1496 points behind Big Game Motorsports.
